With a leap of faith and a clear vision, I founded The Junk Monkeys. What started as an unfortunate event quickly turned into an opportunity to build something meaningful—not just a business, but a future for my family.

Paving Our Own Path
After eight successful years working with a well-established junk removal company, I was unexpectedly laid off in 2016. My daughter had just started high school. But instead of seeing it as a setback, I took it as a turning point.
I had years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. I decided to take a risk and start something of my own. I knew what customers valued.
I believed I could build a service that was not only reliable, but also genuinely cared about the people and communities we served.

I began this journey as a single parent with a newborn daughter, a part-time job at a national junk removal company, and no real prospects.
