Waste journey charges of £40 may apply depending on distance.
We reserve the right to amend pricing if the waste differs from the description provided at booking or selected in our app. Any additional charges must be agreed and paid while our team is still on site before work is completed.
Where a booking is reduced or the volume of waste is significantly less than originally booked, the full booked rate may still be charged. This is due to operational costs, including travel, disposal planning, and allocation of resources for your booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:
All waste is accurately described at the time of booking.
You have the legal right to dispose of the waste.
Hazardous or prohibited materials are not included unless explicitly agreed.
Access to the collection site is safe and unobstructed.


5. Prohibited Waste
We do not accept the following unless agreed in writing:
Hazardous waste (including asbestos, chemicals, oils, paints)
Medical or clinical waste
Explosives or flammable materials
Any items prohibited by law
If prohibited items are found, we reserve the right to refuse collection and may charge a call-out fee.


6. Cancellations and Refunds
Jobs must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time via WhatsApp or text message to our cancellation team on 07453620769.
Late cancellations may incur a £30 charge.
If our team has already set off or arrived on site, a waste journey charge of £40 may apply.
Any refunds will be processed within up to 7 days, minus any applicable late cancellation or waste journey charges.
Refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. Missed Collections
If we are unable to complete the service due to:
Lack of access to the waste
Waste not being accessible or ready for collection
Unsafe conditions
Incorrect booking information or any other reason outside of our control
A waste journey charge of £40 may still be applied.

Waste is a different waste type to what is booked

8. Liability
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property.
We will take reasonable care during service, but liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.


9. Permits and Permissions
It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits (e.g., parking suspensions or council permissions) required for waste collection.


10. Environmental Compliance

We are committed to responsible waste disposal and comply with all relevant environmental regulations.


11. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will aim to resolve issues promptly.


12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.


13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
